Jira Essentials
This hands-on course provides a solid foundation for using Jira and to all users of Jira. This course does not include the agile principles. If you’re also interested in understanding agile principles, you should instead take the full course named Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset.
Cloud and Server / Data Center customers can take this course. Attendees will be given the option to use either platform for the hands-on labs.
Jira Essentials with Agile Mindset
This full-day hands-on course provides a solid foundation for developing an agile mindset. It introduces agile principles and methodologies, and uses Atlassian Jira as a tool to practice agile-related concepts. This course is important because using agile processes and tools without understanding the “why” can lead to ineffective teams and processes. This course applies to Cloud and Server customers. Attendees will be given the option to use either platform for the hands-on labs.
Managing Jira Cloud Projects
This course prepares you to manage and configure classic projects in Jira Cloud and partner effectively with Jira Administrators. It covers all the tasks and best practices used in the creation, configuration, and maintenance of projects in Jira Cloud. It also covers topics that go beyond the scope of what project administrators can do, to give you a deeper understanding of how project administration is tied to Jira Cloud administration and maintaining the health of the system as a whole.
